Ontologies

Latest HESML version implements WordNet, SNOMED-CT, MeSH and the Gene Ontology (GO), as well as any other ontologies based on the OBO file format. Likewise, HESML distribution includes WordNet 2.1, 3.0 and 3.1 versions, and the Gene Ontology (Nov 2019) obo file. SNOMED-CT, MeSH and UMLS files must be obtained under license from the National Library of Medicine (MLN) or other institutions with authority on these knowledge resources.
